Simply video yourself boogying along to ‘Dance Your Pain Away’. You can choose to follow our suggested dance routine or decide to make your own unique routine. The competition closes on July 5th but get your entry in soon so you can get as many votes as possible. The top ten videos are guaranteed a place!
